ow plains drifter. Rectangular divisions reminiscent of Mondrian are featured in this work; fragments of a larger cosmos. By the use of pictorial design, three dimensional spaces can be flattened to a single plain. I was especially drawn to the little blue and black striped circular symbol painted on the tall curb. There is a certain energy associated with dilapidated and abandoned places - an edge of uncertainty and danger, tenseness in the air.
