his month's addition to the flag series was captured in St. Louis on a hot afternoon. The sun was strong and glaring as it bounced around the concrete canyons. It is surprising how many flags and flag images surround us in urban environments, although generally they go unnoticed. In this image, I also like the street lights at the lower left.
