or the third year in a row, I ventured to the Missouri State Fair held in Sedalia to photograph. I find this to be a loaded environment that provides images sustaining many of my aesthetic sensibilities. I am especially fond of the “midway”, and so spend the majority of my time wandering the tacky carnival. Back and forth I travel, at different times of day and under various lighting conditions. Yesterday was the first time I was there as night fell.
