Fourth

   Declaration of Independence
Unanimously declared by thirteen States
Adopted by Continental Congress

A lthough the United States observes no holidays mandated across all 50 states by the Federal government, the Fourth of July comes close in practice. It is a celebration to commemorate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence by the Continental Congress, a document primarily describing the unacceptable behavior of the King of England. Fundamentally a tyrant is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
